As a Site Manager for our Kensington project, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a luxurious, exclusive development that showcases the finest architectural design and craftsmanship. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that this prestigious project is completed to the highest standards, delivering an unparalleled living experience for our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to the project timeline and the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to bring the vision of this bespoke development to life.
  • Lead and inspire a skilled team of craftsmen, contractors, and tradespeople, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all site personnel.
  • Maintain open communication with the project management team, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and manage the delivery schedule to ensure seamless construction operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that all work meets the exacting standards expected in a luxury development.
  • Proactively identify and address any construction-related issues to avoid delays and uphold the project's premium reputation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end, bespoke property development projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of architectural and construction best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
