They are currently seeking a dependable and committed Site Manager for a project that will continue until December 2023. The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of project management within a subcontractor capacity on a main contractor's site. This represents an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with an established company on intriguing projects.
The perfect Site Manager should meet the following criteria
- A minimum of one year of Site Management experience as a Subcontractor on a Main Contractor's site.
- Possession of SMSTS, First Aid certification, and a CSCS Black Card.
- Previous experience in working with exclusive clients and architects
- Proficiency in Health and Safety procedures, including the ability to create Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMs). Proficiency in overseeing labor and supervising subcontractors.
- Strong IT skills
