This role plays an integral part to provide strategic financial analysis that will help shape new innovative products and execute their fund-raising strategy, including helping raise capital (equity and debt).
In addition to the below responsibilities, a key objective for the successful candidate will be helping to facilitate an investment process with investors and lenders, assisting acquisitions and marketing teams to achieve the company's ambitious targets as they scale up their operations.
Key duties include:
- Support senior management in all aspects of real estate investment, including strategy formulation, market analysis, due diligence, financing, and transaction closing.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, working closely with the capital markets team
- Develop and manage relationships with partners, lenders, and investment stakeholders, leveraging a deep understanding of capital markets and strategic finance.
- Coordinate and execute the investment process, preparing investment summaries, reporting directly for senior management and board meetings.
- Assist with asset management, including post-acquisition strategy, asset performance optimization, and quarterly asset reporting.
- Undertake ad hoc projects, analyses, and strategic initiatives as directed by Pathway leadership, contributing to the firm's growth and operational excellence.

- At least five years experience in real estate investment banking or another similar real estate related sector.
- Exposure to residential real estate would be advantageous.
- Strong financial modelling experience with exposure to presenting to senior stakeholders is essential.
- You must have an understanding for corporate finance and capital market concepts.
- An ability to demonstrate strategic and commercial acumen is crucial for this position.
