Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with luxury, high end property management experience to join a prestigious property management firm in managing some of the capital's most significant properties.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their representatives.
  • Attend client meetings to maintain excellent account management.
  • Manage a portfolio of prime and super prime properties,
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and other works to ensure agreed standards are met.
  • Supervise contractors and housekeepers on-site.
  • Check and approve quotations, billing, utilities, and payments.
  • Keep accurate records and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
  • Manage client accounts and perform other necessary duties.


Requirements
Must have experience of working with ultra-high net worth individuals and managing luxury properties in PCL.
