Job Title: Temp New Homes Sales Consultant

Contract Duration: 4 months

Location: Kent

Salary: £12.50 - £14.40 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Temp New Homes Sales Consultant to join a great team for a 4-month period based in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for showcasing beautiful luxury homes to prospective buyers and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings of our luxury homes, showcasing their features and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Providing excellent customer service to potential buyers throughout the sales process.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Working closely with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in new homes sales is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a desire to achieve sales targets.
• A good understanding of the property market and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
