Key responsibilities
- Proactively contact and qualify new customer enquiries, register their requirements & book viewing tours.
- Work with the team to meet the business plan, time scales and revenue targets ensuring a good knowledge of occupancy / void levels.
- Carry out viewings with potential customers, actively promoting the most relevant benefits against their needs using an authentic and honest approach.
- Promote and sell additional revenue generating services such as parking, storage facilities, lounge hire etc.
- Build strong and enduring relationships, both internally and externally.
