Job Title: Temporary New Homes Sales Consultant

Salary: £11.50-£15 per hour

Location: Magna Carta, Surrey

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual! This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading property developers in the UK and showcase your sales skills.

This is an on-going temporary position, with the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct viewings of show homes and provide information about the properties
• Follow up on leads and enquiries from potential buyers
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and generate sales
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings and sales
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required
• Represent the company at events and exhibitions

Essential Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the property industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of the property market in the Surrey area
• A full UK driving license
