Job Title: Temporary Sales Consultant

Location: Ashford, Kent, UK

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary + £250 per plot commission (uncapped), plus benefits

Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Temporary Sales Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and earn uncapped commission while showcasing your sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our developments.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, availability, and any incentives or promotions to potential buyers.
• Manage and maintain customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving targets and maximising commission earnings.
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth sales process, including coordinating with solicitors, financial advisors, and other relevant parties.
• Attend sales events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Ashford, Kent, is desirable but not essential.
