Job Title: Business Support Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
Location: Central London
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Support Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in recruitment and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to source and screen candidates for business support roles
- Conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
- Build relationships with clients and candidates to understand their recruitment needs
- Advertise job vacancies on relevant job boards and social media platforms
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as required
- Attend client meetings and assist with business development activities
Essential Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business, HR, or Marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry
