About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Assistant Site Manager/Trainee Site Manager to join a well established team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within one of London's most prominent property development companies. You will report in to a manager, who has progressed through the ranks, therefore you will following in the footsteps of those who have been where you are.

You will work closely with our experienced site management professionals, learning the intricacies of project management, construction techniques, and site supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the site management team in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Learn to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Participate in site inspections, quality control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including architects, engineers, and clients to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • A passion for construction and property development.
  • Degree or relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in construction or site management roles (preferred but not essential).
