Lister/Valuer Position - Romford
BASIC SALARY + CAR ALLOWANCE + COMMISSION

The role of this Lister would be to support the directors in reaching instruction targets, to bring stock on for the wider team. Within this role you will still have the opportunity to close and negotiate your own deals.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
With the already existing team this office is currently and has been No.1 in the area for sometime. You will be expected to conduct both sales and lettings valuations for the office giving you the freedom to become a more well rounded estate agent.
The company have recently acquired two agency brands and are looking to continue on this growth path, meaning scope for some interesting career progression.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to £25,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £50,000. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in the week.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent use of verbal communication
- Track record of consistent billings / instructions
- A tenacious attitude along with an eye for detail
- Great customer service skills
- Working well in a team environment
- Full Drivers License + Car
- Committed to working the weekends
