Have you got experience in New Home sales? Do you have experience in selling Shared Ownership?
I am looking for an experienced New Homes sales consultant to join my clients team in Hendon, North London. This is a temp position. If your looking for an additional income stream or looking to keep yourself busy- please get in touch!
You will join a multi- award winning and well respected house-builder in assisting the sales team with incoming inquiries and sales. You will be working on a busy site that has just been launched! ASAP start date available!
What's in it for you?
- £13.00-14.00 ph + holiday pay

Your duties will include:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential buyers, estate agents, and developers
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and potential buyers
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals involved in the home buying process.
