Working for an established lettings business with a real focus on student accommodation, you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office, managing a team of 2 administrators
The role:
- Managing team of 2 administrators
- Overseeing the tenancy paperwork process
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- General office management and IT/ office maintenance
- Compliance process adhered to
About you:
- Strong administration experience
- Property experience an advantage
- Previous office management/coordination
- Proven customer service experience
This role would be great for an experienced Office Manager, or an experienced Office Coordinator/Senior Administrator looking to take a step up
