What would I be doing?

Working as part of the London New Homes temp desk, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team with administration and compliance.

An average day may look like:

- checking time sheets and calling clients for approval (you must be comfortable on the phone.)

- contacting candidates for cover days and checking they are compliant to work (you like following a process),

- adding contractors to the temp rota and cross checking dates of bookings (attention to detail is key!)

- assisting with diary management, having a hand in booking locations for office gatherings or client meetings (great if you are naturally organised).
