Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! My client is seeking an energetic Assistant Aftercare Manager to join their busy scheme. You will assist the Aftercare Managers in supporting customers throughout their warranty period ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
- Previous experience within customer care and defects
- Understanding of the new build construction process
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Home inspections
- Manage customer contacts, with efficient response times
- Carry out home demonstrations
- Liaise with contractors and aftercare managers to ensure all works completed are to a high standard
- Produce work schedules for aftercare managers and contractors
- Manage and efficiently prioritise customers
- Ensure all health and safety documentation is in place to carry out works
