Job description
This is a newly created role for a Prime Agent in Marylebone. You will be responsible for setting up the Lettings Client Services function and eventually expanding a team. You will have a vast database to work with and are supported by a strong 7 person Lettings team.
A typical day will look like:
Calling past landlords and tenants
Establishing in office processes and procedures for Client Services
Business generation
Diary management and follow-up
£25-35k base plus a rewarding and incentivising commission structure
