My client is a leading property developer, who is looking for a Customer Care Manager to be based in South East London. They are committed to delivering excellence in the construction industry and maintaining strong customer relationships. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage and maintain the highest standards of customer service for their completed properties.
Details:
- Up to £50k basic + bonus
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
- This is a site based role with no WFH

Key Responsibilities:
- Acceptance of completed properties and conducting home demonstrations for new customers.
- Manage and maintain stock properties to ensure they are in excellent condition.
- Investigate and resolve warranty and defect issues raised by customers, building strong relationships.
- Measure and report customer satisfaction to track service performance.
- Establish programs of work for warranty issues, coordinating trades and materials.
- Lead and manage Maintenance Technicians/Engineers, providing support and guidance.
- Broad understanding of the construction process with relevant experience.
- Background in investigating, identifying, and resolving defects.
- Strong management and leadership abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in IT systems.
