Do you have experience in customer relations? Love New Homes and the customer journey? Looking for a new fast pace site? Then this could be the opportunity for you!

My client is looking for a Customer Liaison Executive to join their team! You will be based on site in Ealing supporting customers from exchange and after completion. You will play a vital role in being the main point for the customer to ensure a seamless customer journey for their New Homes customers.

About You?

  • Experience working for a new homes developer, preferably within customer relations
  • A full comprehensive understanding of the customer journey
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Adaptable to changing situations
  • Customer facing experience is essential
  • Approachable, bubbly and friendly

The Details?

  • £36k-£40k depending on experience
  • Monday- Friday
  • Site based role

The role?

  • Guiding customer from exchange and for 5 months after legal completion
  • Provide build updates
  • Remain the main point of contact via phone, email and social media platforms
  • Conduct Home demonstrations and key releases
  • Achieve 5* customer satisfaction scores on HBF surveys
