My client is looking for a Customer Liaison Executive to join their team! You will be based on site in Ealing supporting customers from exchange and after completion. You will play a vital role in being the main point for the customer to ensure a seamless customer journey for their New Homes customers.
About You?
- Experience working for a new homes developer, preferably within customer relations
- A full comprehensive understanding of the customer journey
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Adaptable to changing situations
- Customer facing experience is essential
- Approachable, bubbly and friendly

- £36k-£40k depending on experience
- Monday- Friday
- Site based role

The role?
- Guiding customer from exchange and for 5 months after legal completion
- Provide build updates
- Remain the main point of contact via phone, email and social media platforms
- Conduct Home demonstrations and key releases
- Achieve 5* customer satisfaction scores on HBF surveys
