The Client:
One of the UK's leading 5 star House Builders.
This vacancy is working for their award winning premium product which comprises of smaller, more bespoke high end developments. Stunning product!

The Role:
Customer Service Manager to work closely with and report into the Customer Service Director. You will have experience of home demo's, quality checks, closing outstanding defects and have managed a team of Coordinators and Operatives.
You will be managing sites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and North Hampshire so you must be comfortable travelling to their different sites. Flexi working between home, site and head office is available.

The Person:
This role would suit someone who is driven, passionate about their job and someone who can build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Benefits:

  • Working days Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5
