A hugely exciting development opportunity exists, for it to be transformed into a luxury hotel and private residences, and we are leading the search for a highly competent and ambitious Development Manager to run this landmark development scheme.
The project requires around £100million of construction work and restoration which you will lead and help procure, with the support of an internal development team and external professional teams.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone creative, passionate and driven to lead on this one of a kind developments.
Not only will have the chance run this trophy scheme, you will also work on their 2nd live scheme, a luxurious later living development. This will be the second of it's kind, seeking to redefine what later living means and enhancing the lives of its residences through exquisitely designed luxury residences combined with world class hospitality, health, and wellness provisions.
Of course there will be further schemes added to the development pipeline in the future, but if you like high end luxury residential, you can't find much better!
You don't have to have hotels or later living experience, though some kind of high end residential experience would be advantageous. The role suit would someone at development management - senior development management level and likely to have around 10 years PQE experience. What's more important is a determined and ambitious character, and someone who thrives on achieving good profit and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
