Finishing Manager | Ascot | £42,000 + Car allowance & package

We are actively searching for a skilled Finishing Manager to join our clients esteemed housing project and take their final product to new heights of excellence. They are known for our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional residential developments that surpass expectations.

As a Finishing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every inch of the housing projects exudes perfection, leaving a lasting impression on clients and communities. You will be at the forefront of the commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail, transforming houses into dream homes.

As Finishing Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of skilled craftsmen, ensuring the flawless execution of finishing touches, including carpentry, flooring, painting, tiling, and more. Your exceptional leadership skills will inspire and motivate the team to consistently achieve top-quality results.

  • You will ensure that our stringent quality standards are upheld throughout the finishing process
  • You will liaise with various stakeholders, including project managers, architects, designers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of the finishing tasks.
  • you will stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and techniques, implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of our finishing processes.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or a similar role in the construction or housing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction finishing techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

This is a full time and permanent position paying up to £42,000 plus car allowance and package.
