Position: Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including designers, subcontractors, and clients, to understand project scope, goals, and requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment on-site, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to site personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and other team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to design, budget, and schedule, and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry with a focus on interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid etc)
