General Manager - Build to Rent

£45,000 - £55,000 + 10% Bonus

You know your property inside out. Your onsite team is as good as it gets, and there's little opportunity to grow and increase your influence.
To become the best General Manager you can be, you need a bigger scope.
Your challenge
This will be bigger than anything you've done before.
You'll lead and represent a team, internally and externally, at a senior level.
You will take full responsibility for and deliver effective onsite management for a brand-new luxury rental scheme. It consists of 250+ rental properties and amenities including a co working space, rooftop garden and event space.
Reporting into the Head of Build to Rent, you'll be a key member of the senior leadership team and be pivotal in maximising the performance of your property.
Your property is based in Croydon, but you'll also be highly visible within the business nationally, and across the wider industry.

About you
You will have experience of operating in a General Manager role, either within BTR or a similar customer focused sector including student accommodation or hospitality.
You will be a champion of developing and managing a strong customer driven service culture!
