Job description

I've been engaged by my client on an exceptional General Manager role for a leading build to rent owner operator. This is exciting opportunity for someone to take full control of the management of a flagship scheme. This General Manager role will play a pivotal part of the brand and they are looking for a motivated person to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly market surveys and have a thorough understanding of competition and current market conditions
  • Monitor performance of lettings agents and ensure they represent our brand and the product efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure rents are collected and deposited on a timely basis
  • Always represent the brand by providing exceptional service to our residents and customer
  • Be at the heart of building the extraordinary customer experience.
  • Manage staff including resolving conflicts and handling disciplinary action

Experience:

  • 5+ year's experience in residential property management or related business (hotels, student accommodations, service apartments etc)
  • Experience assisting in the management if profit and loss accounts
  • Experience in delivering strong results against sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills½
  • Demonstrable experience of effective communication both orally and in writing
  • Intermediate skills in the use of business operating systems including Microsoft Office
