Job description

Head of Facilities Management – Build to Rent

Central London

£65,000 + Bonus

Looking to reach the next level in FM?

You know your portfolio inside out. Your facilities team is as good as it gets, and there’s little opportunity to grow and increase your influence.

To become the best property leader you can be, you need a bigger scope.

Your challenge

This will be bigger than anything you’ve done before.

You’ll lead and represent a division, internally and externally, at a senior level.

You will take full responsibility for and deliver effective facilities management for a prestigious BTR portfolio.

Reporting into the Operations Director, you’ll be a key member of the senior leadership team and be pivotal in maximising the performance of your portfolio.

You’ll work from the company’s London office, with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

Either way, you’ll be a highly visible presence within the business, and across the wider industry.

The company

The company is one of the oldest and most established businesses in the BTR sector.

They design, build, develop, own and operate rental homes throughout the UK. They are an award-winning, forward-looking team of experts who have been putting customers first.

They’ve grown an impressive portfolio nationwide to 10,000 BTR apartments and recognised as a market leader in the UK PRS and build to rent sector, with high quality homes in some of the UK’s most exciting cities and more in development.

About you

You will have experience of operating at senior level in facilities management, directly for a BTR or residential operator.

You will be a member of a recognised professional body i.e. BIFM, MCIOB, MRICS, IFMA, IOSH or

equivalent.

You will be a champion of developing and managing a strong customer driven service culture!
