deverellsmith have partnered with a business who have been established now for 5 years, the Directors have over 20 years experience within the residential sector, and even better the Managing Director comes from a Land background himself so will truly understand the commercial benefit of the proposals you are putting to them.
They specialise in acquiring sites for 15-50 units and pride themselves on delivering high quality homes in desirable areas. The last three sites they have acquired have all been on the market and unconditional purchases.
The Role: Senior Land Manager/Land Manager
• Previous track record in a similar role with a housebuilder
• Strong geographical knowledge and extensive network of contacts within Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire
• Solid planning policy knowledge within area of operation
• A confident and ambitious team player
• Effective communicator at all levels
