Lettings Manager - West Hampstead

Looking to upscale to a manager? Already a manager but seeking a new challenge?

This is your opportunity to work for a multibranch independent estate agency brand that are well established within the area, they pride themselves on an unrivalled approach to estate agency which has got them to where they are today.

The role itself is to move the branch forward as they have replicated with offices in the area, the closest office has increased it's turnover by 42% in the last year alone.

The day to day tasks of this role will be to generate new business digitally and physically with the help from the wider team, booking and conducting valuations, viewings, negotiating offers along with managing an existing pipeline.

The ideal candidate would be with a profile of a senior negotiator who is ready to move up and take on their first manager position or a current manager that's looking for a new challenge. More importantly than the above this individual needs to be motivated and tenacious in there approach to estate agency.

Other requirements include:

- Proven track record of successful billings

- Full UK license + Car (Car allowance included)

- Happy to work weekends

- Open to working in a growing team

- Valuation experience

- Previous managerial experience is preferred but not required

For all the above the successful candidate will be rewarded with the following:

- Basic salary of £35k - £40k dependant on experience

- £70k guarantee for the first six months

- Car allowance on top of the basic salary

- Realistic on target earnings for the first year at £70k.
