Job description

Do you have experience in lettings / build to rent leasing?

Are you excited by the challenge of leasing up a brand new building?

Would you like to work for a build to rent operator who are growing significantly and have a great name in the industry?

If so this could be a great position for you!

Responsibilities for the Lettings Negotiator will be:

· Register and effectively qualify applicant enquiries in person, over the telephone and email.

· Conduct high quality and consistent viewings on a daily basis.

· Effectively hand over new applications to the resident services team for them to process.

· Achieve the budgeted rental value for each application.

· Ensure 100% compliance for all lettings tasks carried out.

· Adhere to industry regulations at all times.

· Support resident services team and front of house where required.

· Carry out regular competitor analysis with opportunity to mystery shop nearby competitors.

· Regularly review rental values with the Resident Services Manager.

· Drive interest at the building and liaise with Resident Services Manager to obtain new business, for example corporate lets.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Highly organised with ability to manage workload.

· Target orientated and self-motivated.

· Great standard of customer service with approach of going the extra mile.

· Good sales track record and negotiation skills.

· Strong understanding of UK lettings regulations.

· ARLA / IRPM qualification desirable but not essential.
