Do you want to work for a lettings agent with lots of stock, somewhere you'll be kept busy and out on viewings? Our client have substantial amounts of stock across the Borough of Wandsworth and South West London. My client are a successful Agent with four offices and need someone who is motivated but also wants to join a team with great culture and become part of the family.
A typical day includes:
· Conducting viewings
· Managing telephone, walk in and email enquiries across all price ranges.
· Taking ownership of continued applicant care.
· Maintain and deliver exceptional service and standards to existing applicants and clients ensuring regular updates and feedback.
· Keeping informed of market updates and trends.
