My client is looking for an energetic, forward thinking and innovative New Homes Sales Consultant to work on their stunning scheme in Finchley! You will guide buyers throughout the entire sales process, giving them an exceptional customer experience.
The Role?
- Showcase stunning new homes to potential buyers.
- Guide clients through the home-buying journey, from interest to closing.
- Progress all sales through completion.
- Build lasting relationships, understanding each customers unique needs.
- Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with valuable insights.
About You?
- You must have a proven record of experience in a property sales role or luxury customer service
- Ability to sell Units off-plan
- Have a strong understanding of sales progression
- Confident negotiator
The Details?
- 9am-6pm
- 1 full weekend off a month
- £30k basic, depending on experience, £50k OTE (Uncapped earning potential)
