Luxury New Homes Sales Manger

Looking for that next jump in your property career? Would you like the chance to sell stunning, high specification homes? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

My client is on the search for an experienced senior sales consultant to operate as a Sales Manager on this new homes site. You will be supported through your progression from consultant into management along the way, selling luxurious properties to premium buyers.

The Role:

  • £35-£40k basic, OTE £60-£80K.
  • 9:30am-6:00pm.
  • You will be selling a mixture of apartments, houses, and cottages.
  • You'll be selling up to £2.3 mil.
  • You will be based in a marketing suite on site, so no need to travel!
  • Weekends will be on rotary basis.
  • You'll be a part of an amazing & supportive team (their last team trip was to Vienna!)

About You?

  • As the ideal candidate you will be well experienced in property sales, including estate agency.
  • You'll be confident in driving sales.
  • You will proactive and be able to source buyers.
  • Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team when necessary.
  • You will have an extensive knowledge of the local & neighbouring areas of the London borough of Richmond.
  • You'll be highly personable and able to build meaningful rapport with buyers.
