As they continue to expand our portfolio of prestigious developments, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior New Homes Sales Consultant to their team and play a key role in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations.

As a Senior New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for residential properties, from initial inquiry through to completion. Working closely with prospective buyers, you will showcase our premium properties, providing expert guidance and personalised assistance to ensure an exceptional customer experience. In addition to driving sales, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company brand.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, within the new homes sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-net-worth clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • A valid Real Estate License (preferred but not mandatory).
