This is a customer-focused maintenance role working on one of the best Build to Rent schemes in the UK. You will cover a number of maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical tasks, painting as well as logging jobs.
You will cover multiple sites within a short walk of each other with no need to drive and be provided with the best level of tools available.
