Marketing Executive

Would you like the chance to work as a Marketing Executive for a super prime estate agency based in the heart of Mayfair?

This is a diverse opportunity to operate in the super prime market for one of London's leading luxury real estate agencies. You will be reporting directly into the Marketing Manager and CEO, and be an integral part of the Marketing and wider team.

To be successful in this role, you will be covering all aspects of marketing, branding and customer experience, including digital, outdoor, branding, customer experience, social media and more.

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and high net worth individuals.
• Introduce and execute effective campaigns both on and offline, as well as adhering to budgets and ROI.
• Management and creation of key marketing collateral including; content, social media campaigns, email campaigns, property portal management, window cards and more.
• Liaise with external agencies such as PR.
• Assist on brand enhancement, website improvement and marketing for new listings.

What you'll need:

Obtained:

• 2yrs + experience in Marketing
• Marketing Degree (desirable)
• Design experience (indesign, photoshop etc)

Attributes:

• Highly organised with a positive "can do" attitude
• Interest in residential marketing
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
