The role:
This is a 12-month maternity cover, and the role of the Marketing Executive is to assist the marketing team on the delivery of marketing across all developments in London and Essex and to support on administrative tasks. There will also be the opportunity to take on more responsibility during the role, to dive into the world of new homes and marketing.
The company:
The company is a national builder with a local presence and focuses on creating places that bring people together. They build more than 15,000 high quality new homes a year, across the UK.
Some key responsibilities of the role:
- Managing any website updates to ensure the content is relevant and accurate
- Input into monthly meetings with external agencies using the approved agenda and focus site reports.
- Monitor the annual marketing budget for the business unit
- Help set up the show homes and any marketing events
- Act as a Social Media Lead for the business
- Coordinate the production, accuracy and content of all marketing communications including integrated campaigns via roster creative, media and PR agencies
About you:
The ideal candidate will be passionate, productive and driven, with preferably previous experience in the property industry. Must be able to drive and own a car.
Salary is dependent on experience and skill set.
