I have been exclusively instructed to find a Mortgage Consultant to join one of the leading property practices in their mortgage finance department.
My client is an international property brand, frequently recognised with numerous awards. Established a number of years' ago, they are going through an extremely exciting phase where growth is a given.
The Mortgage advisor will provide an all-inclusive service to all prospective finance clients. The successful candidate will take on some of the following responsibilities:
- Hitting the annual business plan agreed with line manager
- Making contact with all opportunities referred from the company’s network
- Explain the offered service in a clear concise manner
- Provide clients with all the relevant documents as outlined in the sales process and at the highest level of customer service
- Attend results meetings with your line manager as well as presenting your figures.
The successful candidate must have the following requirements
- Full CeMAP qualified
- At least 2 years’ experience in the industry
- A proven track record of hitting targets
- The ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
