What does this role entail?
Critical hands on support in a residential rental building and to work with the site teams to ensure that company objectives are met. Covering site team roles in periods of absence or when extra support is needed and assisting with training of new team members particularly during new building mobilisation. Helping all properties maximise profitability and maintaining brand standards through effectively following processes. To build and maintain a friendly and professional environment for residents, team members, service providers and customers. Working with Marketing and Operations team to maximise positive brand exposure and customer experience.
