This role is ideal for someone who has experience within the new homes property sector, who has managed a team and has technical knowledge of the residential units under your care.

Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

What will you be doing?

  • Giving accurate advice to customers on maintenance and use and correctly identifying defects.
  • Managing contractors
  • Managing residents and any issues that arise, including technical defects and snags.
  • Handling sensitive property issues
  • Supporting and managing the key co-coordinators team
  • Quality control should be assessed and addressed to ensure work is being carried out to the required high standard.
  • Liaise with sub-contracted trades to ensure good relations are maintained and our performance requirements are clearly communicated.




The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experienced team leader with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in optimising and maximising retention collection and limiting costs incurred
  • Ability to liaise with project managers and contract managers to review liability and assess responsibilities
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
