Join my client a leading New Homes developer specialising in countryside living. They are seeking a passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to showcase their charming rural properties, and guide buyers to secure their dream home.
Responsibilities:
- Introduce prospective buyers to our picturesque countryside homes.
- Tailor home presentations to highlight the unique rural lifestyle.
- Assist buyers in understanding financing options and incentives.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with clients.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in New Homes is essential.
- Experience selling off-plan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for countryside living and rural communities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends is beneficial.
