We are looking for an assertive individual looking to work in one of London's top developers!

What does the job require?

  • Maintain the highest standards of customer homes
  • Manage all customer related issues through resolution
  • Ensure you keep a professional manner when liaising with all customers
  • Liaise with the Commercial/Buying departments to order materials in accordance for defect resolution

Who you will be?

  • Previous experience of working in a professional secretarial/administration role and can work in a demanding, fast paced customer service environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great Microsoft skills
  • A professional, assertive and pleasant manner
