What does the job require?
- Maintain the highest standards of customer homes
- Manage all customer related issues through resolution
- Ensure you keep a professional manner when liaising with all customers
- Liaise with the Commercial/Buying departments to order materials in accordance for defect resolution
Who you will be?
- Previous experience of working in a professional secretarial/administration role and can work in a demanding, fast paced customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Great Microsoft skills
- A professional, assertive and pleasant manner
