As a Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling stunning properties.
The Details:
- Working Hours: 9am - 17.00hrs.
- Weekends on a rota
- Position: Full time (5 days a week)
- Salary: £30k Basic. £50k OTE
The Role:
- Utilising your experience in New Homes or residential selling to attract potential buyers.
- Demonstrating a strong track record of successful sales to achieve and exceed targets.
- Exhibiting excellent negotiation and sales skills to secure deals with prospective clients.
- Thriving under pressure and meeting sales targets within set deadlines.
- Possessing excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to engage with customers.
- Maintaining a friendly, and professional attitude to build rapport with clients.
- Ensuring seamless sales progression from the initial enquiry through to completion.
- Demonstrating strong computer skills to efficiently manage sales data and records.
