Looking for more sociable hours? Need to do pick ups and drop offs in the morning? Have experience in New Homes Sales? Want to work on a brand new shared ownership development?
My client is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their team to be based on a new development in Barking. As the ideal candidate you will have experience working in New Homes, and selling units off-plan. You will support buyers throughout the entire process, this includes following up leads, conducting viewings, closing deals and supporting buyers through to completion and handover. In addition providing them with exceptional customer service along the way!
About You?
- You must have a proven record of experience in New Homes Sales
- Ability to sell Units off-plan
- Have a strong understanding of sales progression
- Confident negotiator
- Shared ownership experience is preferred not essential
- Ability to drive with access to a car is also preferred but not essential
The Details?
- 10am-5pm, working hours
- 1-2 weekends off a month
- £30k-£32k basic, depending on experience, £45k OTE
