Key Responsibilities:
- Showcase and sell prestigious new homes within a unique luxury development.
- Provide personalised guidance and exceptional customer service to potential buyers throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with their dream home.
- Collaborate with the development team to stay updated on project details, pricing, and options.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of each home.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new home sales or luxury property is essential.
- Experience selling off plan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the local area and market is necessary
