Private Developer New Homes Sales Manager:

My client is seeking a new Sales Manager to coordinate and support a sales team to ensure sales targets are consistent across multiple development projects. It will be the duty of the Sales Manager to make sure that company's brand and values are at the core of their staff's work ethic.

The Role:

  • Create and implement sales strategies, and work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing managers, ensuring that they are generating revenue.
  • You will guide your sales team with the company values and motivate them to deliver set targets.
  • Stick to clear budgets and report weekly figures of sales within a specific time frame.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in sales of key developments, meeting specific reservation, exchanges and legal completions of units.
  • Recruit into the sales team.

About You?

  • As the ideal candidate you will have sales experience working for a house builder, developer or a new homes department, for a leading agent that is heavily sales based with a strong customer focus.
  • You will have a experience in driving new homes sales and achieving targets.
  • You will have excellent leadership skills and be confident in motivating a team.
  • You will be results driven and always striving to achieve personal and company goals.
  • Consistently demonstrate the company's values.
