Our client is currently seeking an experienced new homes sales professional to run their new shared ownership site in West London.
The Role?
- Guiding buyers through the sales process
- Have an extensive understanding of the shared ownership process and legalities
- Conduct viewings and appointments
- Follow up leads and potential interest
The Details?
- Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm
- 2 days work from home
- £31k basic, £41k OTE
About You?
- You will have minimum 3 years experience in new homes sales
- Off-plan sales experience
- Shared ownership is a bonus but not essential
- You will be confident in autonomously running a site
- You'll be proactive, and personable and friendly
