New Homes Sales Negotiator

Our client is currently seeking an experienced new homes sales professional to run their new shared ownership site in West London.

The Role?

• Guiding buyers through the sales process
• Have an extensive understanding of the shared ownership process and legalities
• Conduct viewings and appointments
• Follow up leads and potential interest

The Details?

• Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-5pm
• 2 days work from home
• £31k basic, £41k OTE

About You?

• You will have minimum 3 years experience in new homes sales
• Off-plan sales experience
• Shared ownership is a bonus but not essential
• You will be confident in autonomously running a site
• You'll be proactive, and personable and friendly
