What will you be doing?
- Moving a property sale through to completion once an offer has been accepted
- Advising investors on return of investment
- Manage the sales process, from instructing a sales agent to successful exchange of contracts and completion to buyers.
- Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Vendors and Purchasers providing an open line of communication and ensuring issues are resolved
- Ensure all aspects of the sales administration process are handled quickly, efficiently and accurately
The ideal candidate will have:
- Passion for property
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional internal and external stakeholder management
- Key understanding of the legal process from exchange to completion
- New home sales and negotiation experience
