The company has over 10 years of experience with providing an excellent customer service experience to its customers. The company is now looking for someone to be part of their diverse team and heighten the level of customer service provided by the company.

Typical duties will include:

  • Be available to residents at all times, or ensure proper 'signposting' when away from the desk.

  • Support the resident services team with any administration duties.

  • Support the facilities team by carrying out regular building system inspections.

  • Liaise with housekeepers to ensure the building is clean and well-presented throughout at all times.

  • Raise and support the completion of any reactive maintenance both communal and within apartments.

  • Manage visitors and contractors efficiently and in line with company policy.

  • Responsible for signing keys in and out and to ensure only to authorised personnel.

  • Parcel Management: to be responsible for all deliveries to main reception, by receiving, safekeeping and issuing of all parcels/registered mail in line with the company procedure.

  • To provide utility meter reading for all properties as and when required.

  • To give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift to any follow-on team members, highlighting any events that have occurred and make follow-on staff aware of any forthcoming events.

  • To manage car parking to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • To co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the development, such as for utility companies, refuse collection, deliveries, repairs and maintenance.

What do you need?

  • Previous / current experience within a Front Desk or Concierge role.

  • High level of customer service.

  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative, yet follow instruction and procedure as required.

  • High standards of cleanliness.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Highly organised.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems.
