Are you a talented New Homes Project Sales Manager looking to join a reputable new homes developer with a huge landbank? As a New Homes Project Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact & work very closely with a senior leadership team that values your input.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee one of the bestselling schemes in London: Manage a flourishing new homes scheme, ensuring successful sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, lead and train sales teams to overperform to achieve sales targets.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Drive sales through various marketing channels, including events and online initiatives, to attract potential buyers globally
  • Direct Exposure to Senior Leadership: Collaborate directly with the senior leadership team, providing your insights and expertise to influence sales strategies.
