Are you a dedicated and results-oriented individual seeking a more balanced work life? Do you possess a deep understanding of property resales and interim staircasing processes within shared ownership, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure?

If so,we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our clients Resales Team!

You will provide an excellent resales service to customers ensuring a highly professional experience for all stakeholders. Achieve monthly targets and KPIs for buyer offers and listings. Communicate effectively with home owners who engage with the resales team and liaise with all relevant internal and external parties including IFAs, marketing and enquiries

The Details:

  • £34,500 + £6k OTE
  • Monday-Friday, 9am -5:30pm
  • Hybrid Working
  • 30 Days Holiday

The Role:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for buyer offers and KPIs on listings.
  • Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and post in a knowledgeable, supportive, and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the appropriate database and case management systems.
  • Prepare audit-compliant application packs, conduct credit history checks on buyers, and adhere to anti-money laundering procedures.
  • Manage resales and interim staircasing caseload effectively, contributing to achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies and procedures related to resales and interim staircasing.
  • Provide expert advice to customers throughout the resales and interim staircasing process, ensuring they are informed and supported.
  • Interpret leases and offer guidance on home ownership matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Safeguard customer data in compliance with GDPR regulations and best practices.

About You:

  • A demonstrated understanding of property resales and interim staircasing processes.
  • Practical knowledge of home ownership products and familiarity with money laundering regulations.
  • The ability to interpret leases and possess a broad legal understanding of home ownership products.
  • Strong self-motivation and the capability to work independently within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial information and a broad knowledge of financial assessments.
  • Skill in using a variety of IT systems.
  • Familiarity with mortgages and the mortgage market.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service to various stakeholders.
  • Track record of achieving monthly sales targets within tight deadlines.
  • Evidence of driving customer service excellence and innovative service delivery
