Are you a seasoned Market Sales Analyst with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the property market? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to join one of London's leading New Homes developers!

As our Sales Analyst, you will lead the charge in researching, analysing, and interpreting market trends and data to provide valuable insights that drive our sales and marketing strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to internal requests for market information within specified SLAs, while upholding high standards and managing workloads efficiently.
  • Keeping a well-organised record of key correspondence and project information for all schemes.
  • Staying updated on industry news and policy trends, sharing briefing notes with the Sales & Marketing team.
  • Collaborating with the Development Strategy & Reporting team to contribute to a monthly market outlook report for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Conducting research and producing site acquisition reports, adhering to industry valuation methods, for new development sites.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance against pricing strategies, suggesting adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborating with various teams to prepare launch pricing strategies and pre-launch collateral.
  • Leading the production of post-scheme reports to evaluate scheme performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to the consumer intelligence strategy, offering insights to inform Sales and Marketing strategies.

About You:

  • Expert knowledge of the London and Counties housing market at both macro and micro levels.
  • We are seeking a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • You must have experience in residential property valuations and delivering innovative research programs.
  • A track record of working in a target-driven environment, ideally within a large UK house builder, property developer, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to gather, manipulate, and interpret data effectively.
  • Familiarity with industry resources such as CRM systems, Hometrack, Molior, Rightmove, Land Registry, and others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with a background in Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
